Quick

Quick,
come with me
quick,
while everyone else
is busy watching
Netflix.
Let’s run away
and make something
of all this.
Let’s make something
of ourselves,
quick,
and do anything
besides binge watch
this shit.
Quick,
let’s do something
productive
with our time,
before we get stuck
doing nothing
at all.

  8. Here’s an interesting experiment, put a mirror by your tv or monitor and place it in such a fashion that while you’re watching your favourite content, you can also see your reflection in the mirror looking back at you. Warning! Can destroy the urge to binge watch pointless, mindless drivel. – as always lou, a brutally honest and thought-provoking post!

  9. Yes… This is something that I have been pondering as well about our society.. How we always strive for the mind-numbing.. Whether its scrolling through social media or binge watching pointless TV shows… Whatever it takes to think as little as possible…

  12. Back in like, 2011(?) I binged LOST for a week. It was amazing. I had a bowl so caked with resin it lasted the whole time. I somewhat hated myself when I emerged from the dorm room, but… WARNING: Don’t take Summer courses at a back-pack school. There’s no one to entertain you.
